Motherhood Therapy

Support, Connection and

full expression

If you're a mom who keeps it together on the outside but feels anxious, exhausted, or stretched too thin on the inside — this is a space for you. I'm a licensed therapist offering in-person and online therapy in California for moms who are done white-knuckling through the hard days.

Many of the women I work with are capable and high-achieving. They're getting things done, showing up for everyone around them, and still feeling like something is quietly falling apart. In therapy, you don't have to hold it all together.

Our work is collaborative and grounded — focused on helping you understand what's been weighing on you and finding real, practical ways to feel calmer and more steady in your everyday life. I often work with moms navigating postpartum anxiety and burnout, chronic stress, and midlife transitions like perimenopause and menopause, when emotions can feel harder to manage and harder to explain.

I’m thoughtful about family dynamics, and the quiet pressures many people carry, especially when they’ve been expected to stay strong for a long time. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, and I’ll meet you where you are. If you’re looking for therapy that feels human, grounding, and genuinely supportive, not rushed or clinical. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Jessica offers in-person maternal mental health therapy in San Clemente, serving mothers throughout South Orange County, with telehealth available to mothers across California.

In-person therapy in San Clemente or virtually across the State of California.

Motherhood looks different at every stage — and so does the support you might need. Maternal mental health therapy in San Clemente is here for mothers at every point in the journey, not just in the newborn haze or postpartum season. Whether you're carrying anxiety, burnout, or a quiet sense that something feels off, that matters. Together we'll slow down, pay attention to what your body has been trying to tell you, and start to make sense of it.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, we work on understanding how your nervous system, your relationships, and your personal history all show up in your experience of motherhood. Together, We practice creating simple patterns of rest and renewal that hold us steady in daily life.

We do all this and work together to build support and community where you can flourish because healing happens when we are seen and not alone. You'll slow down, feel genuinely supported, and start to find more ground beneath your feet.

I work in a trauma-informed, evidence-based way, but what that really means is helping you pay attention to your body, calm anxiety, map the parts of you that carry pain or protection, and learn tools you can use in your everyday life so you can move towards integration and wholeness.
